This was a bathroom we completed for Eberle Builders. Something I really enjoyed about this shower/bathroom is the functions and details it has and required. First off a black herringbone layout complimented with a curbless shower. We also went with none other than @schlutersystemsna linear drain with a brushed stainless square cover. We also installed this bathroom floor with a black mosaic border in which each sheet was individually cut to match the white mosaic. This is one of the fourteen units completed at The Rythm in Asbury Park for @rogermumfordhomesThis bathroom was finished with Simple Stones Penny Round ORO for the floor and shower pan, and Zellige ZL07 Lana 4x4” tile on shower walls. This shower was also complemented with two corner shelves and a floating seat using @ironsupports bracket.Obviously all of these units were prepped using @schlutersystemsna Kerdi Membrane, shower trays, and finished with their pure drain. This was a recently completed horse shower located in Harding, New Jersey. Although probably not necessary we took as many precautions necessary on this shower in order to deliver the best product possible.We started with a coat of Schluter primer u over the wonder-board. We then applied a sheet of membrane to all of the walls for waterproofing purposes.For installation this was a Sands by Edimax Grey 48”x96” 6mm porcelain slab. Unfortunately I was only able to capture that small time lapse so what’s not pictured here in this video is followed; We started with keying in the thinset to both the slab and wall, followed by directional troweling. We use all Raimondi tools which obviously made this process a lot easier. This was a shower we fixed for a customer of @hunterdonceramictile and I. They had another installer/company do their entire house last year. The last picture is what we started with and the first picture is after we left.They ultimately set the entire mud pan 3/8” in a 4’ run out of level, causing water to pool in the back left corner. 400 base pieces cut for the North Brunswick Municipal building. A couple jobs in the works right nowThe first picture is an outdoor patio we have been working on in Morristown, New Jersey. It is one of four patios we have done for this customer.The second picture is a mosaic floor we have been working on in Far Hills, New Jersey for Reinovations. This past week we had the opportunity to install tile on our first boat.A little backstory on this boat. It’s
about 100 years old, it just received an entire interior and exterior restoration, including a backsplash done by us. This boat is called the Coastal Queen, there is a 28 episode series on YouTube covering the entire build process. I provided the YouTube channel below .This boat was built in 1928 and started out as a bayou boat, in the late 50-60s it was converted to a yacht.
